Alexis Maas was a married woman to Johnny Carson on June 20, 1987. Johnny Carson was born on October 23, 1925, in Corning, Iowa, the U.S. as John William Carson and died on January 23, 2005, was an American television host, comedian, writer, and producer. Carson is best known as the host of The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson (1962–1992).
In the year 1948, Carson married Jody Wolcott. The marriage was volatile, with infidelities committed by both parties, as well as ended in divorce in 1963. He married Joanne Copeland the same year, on August 17. After a second protracted divorce in the year 1972, Copeland received a settlement of $6,000 per month in alimony until Copeland remarried or until Carson’s death (she received it until his death in the year 2005).
