Ransone submitted the allegations to Baltimore County police in March 2020, but after an investigation, they decided not to press charges.
The Baltimore school system is presently conducting an investigation into the incident. Ransone was 27 years old when he confronted serious personal issues, including a heroin addiction and a $30,000 debt.
